At Soothing Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't bring peace to your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
